Life Tech SG respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Who we are
Life Tech SG ("we", "us", "our") is a smart home consultancy and retailer based at 33 Mohamed Sultan Road, #02-01, Singapore 238977. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to help you:
- Details you give us when you submit our guide-download form, book a demo, or contact us: your name, email address, WhatsApp or mobile number, and your type of housing.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, or our contact links.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically when you visit the site (such as device and browser type), used only to keep the site working well.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To send you the smart home guide you requested and respond to your enquiry.
- To prepare recommendations and quotations for your home.
- To arrange demos, site visits, and installation.
- With your consent, to send occasional tips, product updates, or offers. You can opt out at any time.
- To maintain and improve our website and services.
4. Consent and PDPA
By submitting your details to us, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 11). Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to provide certain services, such as sending you the guide or a quotation.
5. Disclosure of your information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where necessary with:
- Trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our email delivery provider (to send you the guide) and website hosting provider.
- Installers and partners involved in fulfilling your order, such as your appointed electrician or the LINE8 installation team, where relevant to your project.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), in hashed form, to measure our advertising — see section 6.
- Authorities, where required by law.
6. Cookies, advertising, and measurement
This website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how well our advertising works and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This means:
- The Meta Pixel sets cookies in your browser (such as
_fbp) and reports page views, form submissions, and clicks on our WhatsApp and email links to Meta. - When you submit our guide form, we also send that event to Meta from our server. Your name, email address, and phone number are hashed (converted into an irreversible code) before they are sent, so Meta receives a scrambled value rather than your actual details. This is used to match the event to a Meta account and to measure ad performance.
You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences, your browser's cookie settings, or your device's tracking controls. Web fonts are also loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser's request in the ordinary course of serving those fonts. If we add other analytics in future, we will update this policy.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
10. Third-party links
Our site links to third-party services such as our social media pages and Google. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
