This website is operated by Life Tech SG, a smart home consultancy and retailer based at 33 Mohamed Sultan Road, #02-01, Singapore 238977. It is provided for general information about our products and services.
2. Products, pricing, and quotations
Prices and package details shown on this website are indicative, quoted in Singapore Dollars, and shown nett (we do not charge GST). They may change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. The final scope and price for your home are confirmed in a written quotation before any work begins.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you in writing and, where applicable, received the agreed deposit. Payment terms (for example, a deposit with the balance due on completion) are set out in your quotation.
4. Installation and warranty
App setup and voice-control configuration are handled by us. The physical switch swap is carried out by your own licensed electrician, except for the LINE8 power track, which is installed by LINE8's own team so its warranty stays valid. Warranty coverage and any conditions are provided with your purchase. Manufacturer warranties for third-party products are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — belongs to Life Tech SG or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
